We offer regular weekly and on-demand services within the Santa Barbara region. You’ll be delighted to know prices are the same as in store and the delivery service is FREE for Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Goleta areas.

How our delivery service works

Simply provide us with your name, address, and any specific instructions and your pickup request are complete! To schedule a pickup, either download our intuitive App (Apple - Google), submit an online request, email us at info@ecofriendlysb.com, log into your account, or give us a call at (805) 884-8744.

What to do on your scheduled pickup day

Simply leave your bag at the front door by 9 am of your scheduled pickup day and we will pick it up by 6 pm. Please note, we will provide you with a free Eco Bag for dry cleaning, or a laundry bag for wash n’ fold on your first visit, for use on subsequent visits. We will send you a reminder text the day before your scheduled pickup/delivery.

Once we have picked up your first order we will contact you to go through how our service works and answer any questions you may have. I want to ensure you know exactly how the service works and what to expect. This will make subsequent pickups a breeze for you. Also, great news! No need to tip our drivers, we’ve got that covered ; )
