What is WetCare Cleaning?

WetCare cleaning (commonly known as wet cleaning) is a finely tuned system developed by the market leaders Miele, and Kreussler. WetCare allows dry-cleanable garments such as wool, silk, and other delicate garments to be cleaned using water instead of dry cleaning fluid such as the environmentally friendly liquid silicone that we use. The benefit is you get a safe, deeper clean without the risk of damaging your garment. Typically, you would elect to have our WetCare service for garments that are close to the skin, such as blouses, or food-stained garments. The good news, you don’t need to ask us for the service, we will determine the correct method to ensure the best results. Should your garment require dry cleaning as well, we will do this at no additional charge. Pricing for WetCare is the same as dry cleaning.

Both our dry cleaning processes and wet cleaning processes do not create any hazardous waste. Our cleaning process is safer for your garments, your health, and the planet. You can read more about what is our eco-friendly dry cleaning here.

Miele Wet Cleaning Machines

We use Miele WetCare machines as they are the industry leader in wet cleaning. These machines are programmed to precisely clean garments by controlling how the garment is agitated, controlling specific water levels, and when to introduce specific detergents and softeners. Water is difficult to work with on certain delicate materials, so these machines have to extremely accurate.
